We prefer candidates with home health and/or outpatient experience, though all are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit are highly valued as we build a team dedicated to serving the community.

Strength, balance, mobility, pain management, and fall prevention to help patients regain function and independence.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Licensed PTA to assist in delivering Physical Therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in the home setting.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home-based OT services focused on daily activity independence, safety, and functional recovery.
