We Verify Insurance
Our team contacts the patient's insurer to confirm eligibility and coverage - at no cost to you or the patient.
We Coordinate Orders
We work with the referring physician or our partner network to obtain any required physician orders or certifications.
Care Begins
A licensed therapist visits the patient at home. Most patients start within 48 hours of referral.

Patients We Accept
We accept referrals for patients requiring Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy across all three of our service lines.
Home Health
Homebound patients requiring skilled therapy. Covered at 100% by Medicare Part A when eligibility criteria are met.
Outpatient in the Home
Patients who would benefit from outpatient-level therapy but prefer or require care at home. Covered by Medicare Part B and most major insurance plans.
Private Pay Wellness
Patients who want to continue therapy after insurance ends, or who seek wellness and conditioning services without a medical necessity requirement.
