Yes. Heal At Home works with Medicare and many major insurance plans. Our team verifies your insurance benefits before the first visit and will explain any potential costs ahead of time. For individuals who prefer services not covered by insurance or who are looking for wellness-based therapy, we also offer private pay options.

For home health services, a physician order is required — but we coordinate that directly with your doctor or our partner network on your behalf. For outpatient therapy, Pennsylvania allows direct access, so in many cases you can contact us first and we'll help determine next steps.

Yes. We accept Medicare Part A for home health services and Medicare Part B for outpatient therapy provided in the home. We also work with Medicare Advantage plans and most major insurances. Our team verifies your benefits at no cost before your first visit.
